My Top 5 Sleep Tips

1. Create a peaceful and dark sleep environment for your baby or toddler.

2. An early bedtime is best! A bedtime between 6.30 and 7.30pm is ideal, and ensures that bub doesn’t become overtired.

3. Set up a predictable bedtime routine and follow it every night.

4. Don’t allow bubs to fall asleep during the bedtime routine.

5. Put your baby to bed awake. (Bubs who are rocked or fed to sleep will need to be rocked or fed every time they wake up during the night)

These five steps are the foundations of The Sleep Sense program, which has already helped over 30,000 parents like you to quickly and easily solve their child’s sleep problems. Are you struggling with your child’s sleep? If so, please get in touch – I’d love to help.
